Music

"The singing of the Church comes ultimately out of love.
It is the utter depth of love that produces the singing."

Pope Benedict XVI

Music is at the heart of our Liturgy here at Saint Adelaide Parish. Our parish priests have placed a high emphasis on the quality of our sacred music and its ability to move the heart and soul closer to God.  The Parish Choir sings every Saturday at the 4:00 p.m.Vigil Mass, and The Choristers, our parish youth choir, sings every Sunday at the 10:00 a.m. Mass. Our Polyphony Choir and our Men's and Women's Gregorian Chant scholae sing regularly at the 11:30 a.m. Mass and the 1:00 p.m. Latin Mass.

In addition to Sundays and Holy Days, there is also a service of Lessons and Carols and Parish Christmas Reception at the end of the Christmas/Epiphany Season in early January.  If you would like to join any of the parish choirs, please contact Michael Olbash at olbash@post.harvard.edu.  No previous experience is required.
